This Winter Wellness Passport focuses on nature-related activities that specifically reduce stress and anxiety.
We initially designed this winter passport as a pilot program for those in substance use recovery in Rutland County. We have partnered with Turning Point, Dismas House, and Community Health Centers of Rutland Counties to create, disseminate, and evaluate this program.
As we were creating this program with the recovery community in mind, our friends at the Rutland Wellness Cooperative inquired whether or not this program would also be available to worksites. We are thrilled to be able to offer this adult outdoor passport to both the recovery community as well as worksites.
The program runs from January 15th-March 31st. There is no deadline to begin the program.
WE ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT OF THE INDIVIDUAL PASSPORTS FORMERLY AVAILABLE ON THIS PAGE.
If you are a worksite or organization interested in group participation or have any other questions, please contact Arwen@comealiveoutside.com.
