About the Program
Even small amounts of time in nature improve our mental and physical well-being! Our Outdoor Wellness Passports are designed to help adults increase their physical activity outdoors while decreasing stress and anxiety. Our next Outdoor Passport for adults will come out in the winter of 2021!
