About The Program
NatureRx is a national movement for doctors and healthcare providers to initiate the conversation with patients about the health benefits of connecting with nature and outdoor physical activity. Participants can join the program through community health referral and self-enrollment. You do not need to be a community health member to participate. The next cohort begins in June, 2024.

NatureRx Rutland County
Come Alive Outside is thrilled that Community Health and Rutland Regional Medical Center are co-sponsoring the NatureRx program in Rutland County, Vermont.
Participants can join the program through community health referral and self-enrollment. You do not need to be a community health member to participate. A CAO NatureRx Coordinator will deliver one-on-one health coaching, as well as tools for setting and tracking goals. Participants will be able to join joyful outdoor group activities.
The next cohort will begin in the summer of 2024.
